- Main Features
- The cottages are approached from a flat parking area across a gravelled garden. Luggage can be unloaded directly outside the cottages. Parking is 10 metres away.
- Lanlas Farm is on the side of a river valley so access to all other areas is via sloping uneven surfaces.
- Public Transport (bus stop) is one mile away at the end of a winding single-track lane.

- Nearest town is Lampeter (2 miles) which has two supermarkets, one of which provides a free home delivery service, a variety of small high shops, medical centre and dental surgeons. The nearest A&E is half an hour's drive away at Carmarthen.
